TRUE OR FALSE: IF YOU’RE NOT HAPPY, YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG

As creative people, we tend to value not only our goals, but our happiness while working toward them. In fact, there is often a tendency to believe that if we are not happy while working toward something, then it is not the right path for us to be on. We believe, at some level, if we are not happy while working, and I mean whistle-while-you-work level happy, then we were wrong about our calling. This week, we are all about identifying the difference between truth and truism, because while there is some truth to what I just said, there are also many lies. Continue reading
